-----INCOMING OFFICIAL ORDERS-----


THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAVE REINSTATED THE OTAF URBAN DIVISION UNDER THE COMMAND OF GENERAL VINELE. THE ORDERS ARE TO TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY.  

PREVIOUS TROOPS AND OFFICERS CAN APPLY FOR REINSTATEMENT AT EQUAL RANK IF STILL EMPLOYED WITH ONE OF THE DEFENSE SQUADS. OMNI-POL IS BACK UNDER THE COMMAND OF CHIEF NOVAGEN.
